How Hand-Carry Service Works

1️⃣ Post Your Trip
Travelers flying to/from Nepal post their flight details, available luggage space (in kg), and travel dates on the platform.
2️⃣ Request Match
Senders browse available trips and request parcel space matching their route and timeline. Both parties communicate via secure platform messaging.
3️⃣ Package Inspection
Traveler and sender meet at agreed location (airport, cafe, etc.). Traveler MUST inspect all items openly before accepting. No sealed packages allowed.
4️⃣ Delivery & Confirmation
Traveler carries package in checked/carry-on luggage. Upon arrival, delivers to recipient or agreed pickup point. Both parties confirm delivery on platform.

Allowed Items for Hand-Carry

Acceptable items include official documents (passport applications, university transcripts, legal papers), prescription medicines with doctor's note and original packaging, personal gifts (clothing, books, electronics under customs limit), food items (packaged snacks, spices - check import restrictions), and photos/personal letters. Total weight per sender is typically limited to 3-5 kg depending on traveler's available space. Items must comply with airline baggage rules and both countries' customs regulations.
