We collect the least we can to run the service, we never sell your data, and we tell you what we hold.
What we collect
- Account: your phone number (your identity key), the email we deliver sign-in codes to, and your name.
- Family & tasks: the family members, events and care/gift requests you create, so we can remind you and fulfil them.
- Usage: basic technical logs (device, approximate time) needed for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To deliver reminders, tasks and gifts, and to send you sign-in codes.
- To match tasks with verified agents and pass proof back to you.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not put personal data in URLs or share it with parties you didn't choose.
- Sign-in codes are delivered only to the address bound to your account — never a stranger's.
Sharing
We share only what a task needs: an agent sees the details required to complete your request; a remittance provider you pick receives what you enter on their site. Escrow and email delivery use named processors under contract.
Your choices
You can view your family, tasks and notifications in the app, and request deletion of your account. Reminders can be turned off per event.
